Work n life balance Not much of interference and micro management

Desicion making is very slow Not investing much on grooming human capital Short term thinking Not investing on infrastructure like good branches and offices..most of the branches do not have good vibe...

With RBL bank it's good for the people who is not much growth oriented, however it also doesn't mean one should not have growth here however the vision is not very clear and hence overall growth at long space is very stagnant.

Dislikes

Senior people approach and behaviour is not warm and friendly.Its difficult to reach out people at senior level

Kind of work, I'm getting as product manager in co branded credit card. nothing to learn, you just need to follow an already defined path. most work is related to RBI guideline so you can't really apply your brain. you just do whatever RBI asks to do.

Worst work culture, no personal life, no empathy for employees. They ask to work on weekend's. They don’t pay proper incentives.

Corporate level planning for customer base expansion is faulty. They keep Retail Account opening balance as 30,000 when other Private Banks doing the same in 3000. For current account they want a businessman who is already having a current account in other Bank. But Senior Managers will pressurize Bank Sales n Operations team to open Account, sell Life Insurance etc.
