Very Poor culture and leadership. Zero structure. Lots of money spent on PR. Ot would help if the organisation maintained a great working culture or groomed better leaders who respect others and lead by example. High level of attrition and very low trust between employees and leaders.

Almost Nothing expect salary and work life balance. Other than that, office is nice and food is ok.

Very bad and unprofessional approach from director level employees. No proper training is give to new hires. Quality of work in both Engineering and Analytics/ Data Science department is focused on useless things, rather than product development and enhancing user experience. Management and leaders are clueless and really bad. No career growth due to lack of quality projects .
