Worst company.. woked on the POS side of business. I left the company because of the bad behaviour of my HOD. No Interdepartmental coordination. POS side of business has no culture. Even there is hardly any provision for proper Induction Training. They will feed everything in just one day. No training budget for the POS side of business. Almost Nothing expect salary and work life balance. Other than that, office is nice and food is ok.

Very bad and unprofessional approach from director level employees. No proper training is give to new hires. Quality of work in both Engineering and Analytics/ Data Science department is focused on useless things, rather than product development and enhancing user experience. Management and leaders are clueless and really bad. No career growth due to lack of quality projects .
