No value for good work, all they want is to make money, they disproportionately allow higher management to do no work at all, as a result the company is stagnant with no path breaking product from quite a while. They are always chasing running between different projects trying to package items in a way that get sales number instreadof building what market might need. Higher management also doesnt have any vision, all they did was chase targets created on cloud and delivered them on cloud as well with no real ground work, the targets set were so high that people had to go on with dirty tricks to meet the ridiculous targets doesnt bring in any value they enjoy . This is a typical 'one-man show' type of company, managed entirely by one person. There’s not much to like about it. I worked here for approximately four years, and based on my experience, I strongly advise against leaving a good job to join this company. Most people barely last 4-5 months here; either they quit out of frustration, or they get fired. Everything i disliked even you can not take more than 2 tea in a day. In the admin team Hemant Bajpai he is pushing everyone to cost cut on everything even on drinking water. So on your next assignment bring water with you from your home.

Nothing. Only thing is special occasions events and snacks will be provided, that also not so great.

Obviously pathetic work life balance. Extended working hours. Unplanned meetings so long time till 12PM midnight. They plan such sale offers that u need to sit and work (like no other option) on weekends. HR's are not good at all. I donno why they call themselves as Human resource. They do their jobs and responsibilities exactly opposite to their title. Note: The review's mentioned for the company are most of them are fake.
