They take survey saying anymously but it’s not they check whosoever gave low ratings and the head of strategy will grill the people in whole team meeting itself, saying that why people have low ratings and if you don’t answer , I can check the names of whomsoever has given, no benefits, you can’t take leave not more 1 day, if you take 2or 3 days, you need to convince the manager a lot and while informing way before also they don’t want to give leaves. Forget about taking 5 days leaves, you will never get it in this company. Stay away from this company.
