Which company doesn't have little politics or some hatred. The worst part was Layoff which made many people scared and insecure.

Job Security, they can fire you blink of eye. Many people got fired in front of me, sometime they have not even give time to collect personal stuff from company laptop.

TCP - Technology, Culture, People. The best 2 years I spent in any company. Would have loved to retire from here, but didn't happen.

Middle management don't have the authority to make decisions. The upper management gives an impression that they are giving free hand, but the fact is otherwise. You instantly become a threat if you question any decision from the upper management. The company had an excellent culture, but they are hell bent on ruining it in the nameof process improvement. They're trying to learn about process from product company and implement it in service oriented company which is unfair to the employees. Unfortunately, the upper management doesn't care of they have made a decision. Job security is very bad in RAW, one day you will be kicked out of company without 1 day notice. Work culture is good for only people who have good network with Managers. You will never good raise except you come from managers network. Most of upper management come from Viva College Virar and they only get all benefit.They are very unfair with outsiders.

Teammates : People who are working here for more than 4 to 5 years, do not let new people to earn anything which will reduce old employee's dependency. Also, they give a lot of work burden on the name of learning.
