first of all, they are liar. It's Support job not DevOps, surprise night shifts. Have office only in Virar not in SF, USA People from upper mgmt are gundas of virar. They understand nothing. Good if you can smoke drink with them. Frequent layoffs, check ppl who work for raw engg, you will find they left in 3-4 months bcos layoffs if not then they're from viva college, who have cartel there. Worst company I have ever seen in my life....the people in this sector just abuse you if you don't drink or smoke with them.. it is not a company for freshers.....they will treat you in horrible way...like you are a master in technologies since your birth.....they will led you to depression and suicide attempts.... don't join as a freshers

Job security is very bad in RAW, one day you will be kicked out of company without 1 day notice. Work culture is good for only people who have good network with Managers. You will never good raise except you come from managers network. Most of upper management come from Viva College Virar and they only get all benefit.They are very unfair with outsiders.
