I have been worked 5+ years in RAVSoft, i was really enjoyed during my work times. I never feel any pressure situation , project crises or misunderstand between teams. Colleagues are always be friendly. Every 3 months you will be get performance bonus and team dinner (before pandemic). I got very good yearly appraisal all time. There is no automation testing project, if they hired you for an automation projects might be you will be assigned on some other process. Then your Automation career will be comes to end.
