Work-life balance
I have been working in the Clinical Trials department at Raptim Research for the past two years, and I must say, it has been a fantastic journey so far. If you are looking for a workplace that values work-life balance, flexibility, and employee well-being, then Raptim Research is the place to be! One of the best things about workinghere is the flexible working hours. Employees can start their day anytime between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, as long as they complete their 8.5 working hours. Even the Head of Clinical Operations follows this flexible timing, which makes it clear that the company truly values this approach. Raptim also understands that employees have personal commitments and health concerns. Sick leave is granted without any hassle, allowing employees to take time off whenever needed. Additionally, the company offers work-from-home (WFH) options depending on your designation, ensuring that employees can manage their personal and professional lives effectively. The best part? There’s no excessive micromanagement during WFH – just a simple Excel sheet submission for work updates. Even senior employees, including top management, take WFH regularly, which creates a stress-free and trusting work environment. When it comes to compensation, Raptim Research ensures that salaries and appraisals are competitive and in line with market standards. They also provide reimbursements based on designation, making sure employees are financially supported for their professional expenses. The work environment at Raptim is extremely relaxed and employee-friendly. Unlike larger CROs where work pressure is overwhelming, Raptim maintains a manageable workload. Since it is a small company, employees can focus on quality work without feeling burdened. There are also opportunities to travel based on study requirements, which adds a dynamic element to the job. Another major highlight is the supportive and friendly staff. Colleagues are always willing to help, and there is a strong sense of teamwork. The owner of the company is very encouraging and supportive, which boosts employee morale and motivation. Overall, Raptim Research is a fantastic workplace that values its employees and provides a healthy, flexible, and balanced work environment. Whether it’s fair compensation, a stress-free atmosphere, or flexible work options, the company ensures that its employees feel valued and satisfied. If you’re considering a job in the clinical research field, I would highly recommend Raptim Research!...Read More
A Complete Disaster – Stay Away from Raptim Research! I have been working in the clinical trials department at Raptim Research for the past two years, and let me tell you – this place is an absolute mess! If you're thinking about joining, RUN in the opposite direction! Fake Work-From-Home Policy – A Joke! The so-called "work-from-home" policy? It doesn’t exist! Employees take WFH whenever they feel like it, completely ignoring the so-called "weekly rules" set by the General Manager. Some people get to work remotely four times a week, while others aren’t even allowed a single day! Where’s the uniformity? Where’s the fairness? It’s all about favoritism and personal biases. Biased Bond Penalty – Selective Punishment! And let’s talk about the bond penalty – another masterpiece of their biased and unfair policies. Some employees are forced to pay penalties if they leave before the bond period, while others walk away completely free. No clear rules, no consistency, just random decision-making. Is this how a professional organization operates? Absolutely ridiculous! Toxic Micromanagement – Every Move Is Watched! Now, let’s get to the worst part – the management. The Head of Clinical Operations is obsessed with tracking employees. He constantly watches when you enter, when you leave, and even monitors your laptop screen! He denies WFH and leave requests for no valid reason, just to ensure that salaries get deducted at the end of the month. Even the General Manager is helpless against him. This level of micromanagement creates a high-stress, suffocating work environment. The Owner Doesn’t Care – High Attrition Rate Is a Joke to Him! Let’s discuss the high attrition rate – people are leaving this place faster than they joined. Employees are literally going back to the companies they left to come here. Does the owner of the company care? Nope! He doesn’t bother to look into why so many employees are resigning within months. The company is crumbling from within, and he remains blind to it. HR Department – Completely Useless! The HR team is a joke. They know exactly what’s going on in the company – the toxic environment, the favoritism, the mismanagement – but they choose to stay silent. Employees have raised concerns multiple times, but HR simply doesn’t care. It’s like talking to a wall. No action is ever taken. If you have an issue, good luck getting any resolution. Different Rules for Different Offices – Absolute Nonsense! The company doesn’t even have standardized policies across locations. The Gujarat office employees are treated like school kids – they can’t even keep their phones on loud mode because the head over there scolds them like children. Seriously? Is this a corporate office or a high school? A Tale of Two Trainers – One Good, One Terrible! Now, let’s talk about the training system. There is one medical professional on the regular payroll who is actually good. He teaches in an engaging, informative way and makes learning interesting. But then, there’s a consultant who is the complete opposite – arrogant, egoistic, and totally unapproachable. Since he is not a permanent employee, he acts like he is above everyone else. If you have a doubt, forget about getting it clarified – he has zero patience and will dismiss you outright. Why is such a person even part of the company? Unprofessional Employees – No Work Culture! To make things worse, many employees here lack basic etiquette. There is no sense of communication, no professionalism, and no respect for hierarchy. Employees wear whatever they want, talk however they want, and still keep making mistakes because of poor training. It’s complete chaos. Final Verdict: A Sinking Ship! If you value your mental peace, stay away from this disaster of a company. Poor management, pathetic HR, favoritism, toxic micromanagement, and a work culture full of incompetence – Raptim Research is a sinking ship. Save yourself the frustration. Don’t waste your time here!...Read More
