I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There used to be salry on time, but as of now, even OT is not being credited. This is factory going as low as possible.

Dislikes

No canteen, Long Travel, Compulsory OT/double shift, 100% manual operations, sometimes no water in toilets.. its pathetic. In short, Lala factory with big MNC type name to lure people. On average, 1 person resigns every month due to terrible/toxic working conditions. 8 people resigned within 6 months in 2024. Beware.
