Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. There used to be salry on time, but as of now, even OT is not being credited. This is factory going as low as possible.

Dislikes

No canteen, Long Travel, Compulsory OT/double shift, 100% manual operations, sometimes no water in toilets.. its pathetic. In short, Lala factory with big MNC type name to lure people. On average, 1 person resigns every month due to terrible/toxic working conditions. 8 people resigned within 6 months in 2024. Beware.
