Late night working culture. Do not inform employees would need to work on US shift in the interview, though they claim 10-7 working hours. No shift allowance either.

It’s one of the best company to work with! Trust me you will get a lot to learn! A great exposure and what not! Since there are lot of US based clients so quite difficult to manage work life balance

Well since there is not as such strong negative point I’ll make one that Org does not give any overtime fees
