Hi, 1. We provide systems to every employee on the onboarding day itself. If you had faced such issue, you would have escalated the issue to the management. 2. We do have a lot of work but you were overloaded with work, you would have spoken to your Team Lead or escalated the same to the management. 3. There is a job security till you contribute to company's growth. 4. We have Appraisal once in a year and it is processed as per the company's internal policy. 5. Every employee who has stayed with us have got appraisal and hence, they are happy and continuing with us. 6. We do have workload but if it is overwhelming it can be addressed to the management and team leads in a timely manner.
