The company rarely makes you work on weekends. You are expected to attend a company event once a year. Nothing beyond that.

Dislikes

The work environment becomes really toxic if you are a remote employee and they do not provide clear feedback on your work. Also, because the people helming the teams do not specialize in that particular domain. Work here only if it is possible for you to travel to office. No job security as well.
