Through my experience at Ranjana Offset, I learned a lot about different management styles and strategies for maintaining company profile. I feel that as valuable as that experience has been, I am eager to work on more different area and learn that how to work with the skilled labours and deal them. The work environment and culture is good.

Dislikes

‘I liked the team that I worked in, but I discovered that there was no longer any room for professional development. The company went through a difficult time, and as a result, there were no more funds to further develop employees to push the business forward.

My work style is extremely flexible—working on so many different profile and areas according to the demanding situations. In general, I try to work on one project at a time, working as quickly and efficiently as possible to achieve the best
