Good management and leadership team always ready to support all employees. Policies are too good and transparent and easy accessible. Managers and employees trust and respect to each other and commitment ot both individual and company sucsess. There is no proper Working Culture at Ramboll Energy Telecom. The managers are discriminative among the team members. The pathetic thing is about the politics which is going on in the Ramboll Energy Telecom.

Dislikes

A huge discrimination gaps between those who have came from the reference of the managers and those who have joined directly through the company website. A man working for 9 hours daily will not get promoted but the one with a reference gets better promotion and salary hike. Also the managers personally favour him over the others which doesn't come with a reference.
