The school is established in a bucolic setting, being residential and all. The teachers are all helpful, and the management too responsive. The school gives liberty to experiment with teaching styles as long as it maintains the standard. The institution is devoid of any office politics and the salary given maintains a certain standard. Dislikes

The balance between work and life for hostel-teachers is the main gripe. School and hostel work takes away most of the time and when we bring hostel work into the equation, the salary appears a little less. The other thing is they keep the fees from the study classes pending. It's not much, but while paying, if they paid in full for all the classes till that point it would have felt nice.

Work Details

School work is good. Scope for experiment and freedom of approach. I teach English here and there is a huge scope for improvement and hence the work is challenging and exciting. Smart support is available and the work never becomes burdensome.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
