While the company culture is good the HR team is very toxic place to work with toxic manager who has to show every two days they are in control and can make or life. Living hell and they go to they purposely hire submissive people and use it as weakness to mentally harass you

Too much of favouritism within the company. The HR top management seems to be very partial when it comes to promoting the right people. Worst decision ever to join this organisation. The company has no benefits apart from work. Its just that people are being pushed to work. They layoff people based on HR Head’s decision.

1.)No appraisal / promotion, 2.) Very bad rating system, 2.)Don't have value of newly joined employee. 3.)Manager and upper level management thinks the salary paid to other employees by their own pocket. 4.)Bad politics.

Do not join Rakuten symphony, if you are looking for better career and professional culture.. Rakuten group is very nice but symphony is pathetic.. only sir sir culture.
