Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

Toxic working environment, too much favoritism, no salary increment for years on end with reason being company not doing well and the most commonly used excuse "market conditions" this only happens during time of appraisal, working hours can be from required 9 hours to 16 hours a day, no growth, way too much politics
