Good work environment and culture. Seniors are supportive and transparent. Policies are good.having so much facilities in this hospital.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our problems. Salary comes for contracts staffs is too late.on the job training is not given to new joiners.p

Job is going well and interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
