Nothing, there are no work life balance. Management can detain staff daily. There are only office in time. Out will be decided by the Director.

There are providing poor quality of Tea, we have to buy the good quality of tea at office. They are not providing quality Water bottles also. Director stopped the AC also. If we leave late office to work office is not compensate it also do not arrange any tiffin or foot even not one cup of tea. Then we have to go to street area. Donot have any HR Policy, even do not have any HR. Also not having proper leave policy. During the working period, they dont give any appointment letter, joining letter, payslip, confirmation letter, Increment letter etc. They kept employees in a insecurity stage.
