Being a government undertaking, it is hard to lose the job, hence the job security is very high.

Company has no clear policy for those employees ( regarding food ) who are posted in rural backward area, company had to take responsibility to feed such employees quality food so that such employees can retain their good health thus resulting in better efficient work & ultimately resulting in growth of the companyound-color: #fff5e4;">.
