Over and all satisfactory but no opportunity for skilled n knowledgeable people.Being Govt job security is the only factor that makes bit difference .On part of reservation in promotion made conditions difficult to work under the junior.Team work of few skilled people made organisation at top now.Training need improvement .No careergrowth.
