Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Worst company to work. No respect for engineers Gm and Agm act like third class cheap person. Worst timings Salary is too late. Third class management. No Pm is qualified. Gm fit only for maestry role. Just because that useless person knows dhivehi, he is surviving. This company will definitely shut down if they have this gm and agm to handle.

Dislikes

Useless company. Gm and Agm total useless. No respect for engineers. Iam requesting, nobody join here. Site timings morning 7.30 to night 9.30
