I like nothing in railways contractual work.

Dislikes

I disliked the timings and holidays as there was no holiday 365 days only working and there is no increment in salary and my salary is only rs.10000 in railways and no extra benefits in doing night duties and festive season work and no bonus,no increment,nothing is there in railway lobby contract basis work.
