I rarely like anyting at railtranz, its upto the individual how he/she makes good out of waste.

Dislikes

The management don't take care in solving problems of its employees, they don't answer phone calls , once they deploy their candidate to client location, what matters to them is the money client pays . They take huge sum of money like 60-80,000 from client and don't even pay 20,000 to its employee.They don't even provide overtime and sometimes they make the candidate work on even Sunday. Fake promises are especially made by the Boss.They deduct PF but never deposit and upon that provide fake PF numbers. They don't stop here, when a employee resign they even negotiate on the amount they deducted from his salary in the name of PF, shameless greedy fellow....Read More

Work Details

The company only thinks about itself, no care about its employees, company can throw its employee any where and for any job profile ,if company gets good sum of money.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
