* If no projects are there then they will conduct a test for the sake of performance measurement and whether you will perform well or not they will consider it as bad performance only and post that they will ask you for leave immediately. * Leave policy is totally shit here, we cannot apply two leave simultaneously. and for single leave, we need to inform them 15 days earlier * Favoritsm is there for people who are very close to the manager * Bond is also there which is totally shit around 2.5 years of bond * Projects are there but no proper hierarchy of teams is there * Worst work culture ever i have seen , everyday we need to complete 9 hours without any miss else money is going to be deduct from out salary * No work from home policy...Read More

While there were many positive aspects to working at Radixweb, there were a few challenges too 1. Inconsistency in managerial support: While some managers actively mentor and support their team members in achieving their career goals, other may seem more focused on their own priorities, which can hinder an employee's professional growth. 2.Dissatisfaction with the appraisal process: The appraisals may not always reflect one's true performance or market standards, leading to a sense of demotivation and lack of recognition for their hard work. 3. Difficulties in availing earned leaves: Some managers might be reluctant to grant leave request, and when leaves are approved, they may criticize or question the employee's decision to take time off, creating an unpleasant experience for those seeking a healthy work-life balance. 4. Lack of flexibility in work hours 5. Unfair policies - Even after fulfilling the bond agreement and completing the tenure in the organization, employees are still required to pay a substantial amount, which I find to be unfair.
