I think there is less support through hotel in other hotels there is two teams in each department where half days of month Team A will work remaining half days team B will work and they get half salary but atleast they have full salary of there working days here in raddisson jaipur we are working full month and getting half salary where our some team-mates are taking rest or leave without pay at home because company don't need them right now they are doing cost cutting in employees...Read More

Salary is half now which is highly not acceptable, work load is more now or company wants to give them more time like extra hours daily and we don't have any leaves now if we take 4 days off we have to do another shift for it to maintain no deduction in salary although our salary is already half but for them rules are rules so they deduct my salary is in aprrox 4 digits number and the company don't care about that they half that too right now company is giving us only travelling money(half salary) and we are surviving right now with our savings only I don't know how much time it will take to get back on track again....Read More

Terrible now days our staff don't want to teach anything to there juniors we feel ignorance at work they don't want to teach anyone something new because they think if this person will learn he will promoted and after few years he will be on same poast.

Working environment is good, management always listen your ideas as allow to implements the same. Management top to bottom level always supportive. Appraisal conduct on time and always made efforts to full employee needs.

Frankly speaking my job work challenging as I am belongs to engineering department, but at the end, its a great learning experience to work in radisson

Dont know about overall RHG properties , but Radisson Jammu doesn't deserve to operate , They focus only on hiring staff at the lowest wage possible , offering them promos late and with below the avg appraisal ( sometimes just 1500 rs) with promo

Overall Radisson Hotel Group is super good. People, teams and their culture is something which one would want to stay and have stability.

Dislikes

Procurement leadership is not good which makes the work culture of Radisson Corporate quite bad. People leave this team very frequently because their head is quite demanding and dominating. No work life balance, no understanding of work timelines.

First of all thanks to my F&B team, they support all the time and I learn more there, overall the department employees are nice and helpful , I never forget all the moments

A big reason for i left this hotel is that the accommodations are terrible and I don't get a good night's sleep after working a long shift because of the bed bugs.

Hr department . They won't listen and help. Even if you go to them with genuine complaint. They infacf create a problem for the employee so that he or she left the organization on her/his own .
