You can do lots of innovative things to make the customer happy

They are not concern about the staff. They are not willing to pay a basic salary to the employee. Like 12,000 per month that's also they concern a big salary once who completed in 6 months compled training and ug. Mostly they paid less amount for South Indian and paying more salary for North Indian. Even though I work in South Indian Radisson i found that they are paying. 14 000 for freshers who never completed training. But they're just paid 9000 for person who completed ug and 6month training in hotel industry....Read More
