It may sound harsh, prejudist, irrational or unprofessional to many... but I'm writing this with utmost honesty, that it's one of the most toxic environment for an artist or a creative professional to work. The work culture here is "Neither we want to grow, nor we'll let you grow". Just let things go as they are going, and keep yoursycophancy & blamegame at the highest level to survive. Your enthusiasm, spark, creativity, self motivation and all will be curbed and you'll start doubting your own professional capabilities and skills, resulting in all time low confidence and productivity. Anyway, there are so many more factors that can't be written over here, but you'll experience within few weeks after your joining.
