Radiant system is a good platform to learn and grow in your career, it gives you ample amount of time to perform and get things done in a positive way. I have learnt a lot under my mangers and they were very much supportive. You can discuss anything and everything they will help you in guiding you in the right direction.

Sudden lay offs / Removal with out proper notice period. How about the people who are depending on this job how to support their families how will they survive? now its school and colleges are opened how will they pay the fees for their children education. Apart from that when they want to reduce the staff on account of Layoffs / Removal they should not hire the people who left from other companies and joined hoping for long term with good salary. Everything is quite good but they won't appreciate the candidate by offering benefits or increment. This the big draw back from the Company side all over the company is good for learning and improving skills.
