I joined this company thinking it will be my last company as I don't wanted to change anymore. But my bad this company doesn't had any projects and with in 3 months of joining they fired my manager and I came to know next will be mine.its a mini heart attack for me Finally I moved out of this company. Please research your projects before joining.

Working environment is very good and team manager and members are very supportive. Management is always there when ever you need them. If i am talking about company policies they are providing all the facilities. They are providing the many skills development training free of cost to the employees.

If you are thinking to join here and become a part of CIS team, be prepared to turn your life into hell. The manager thinks he owns you and pays you from pocket. He will micromanage you at worst level. There is no quality in work but he feels he is handling critical production pipelines. In 5 years of my career, I haven't seen such unprofessionalism in the workplace environment.

Worst company ever I have joined as Sr. Accountant in tax team, poor management and manager is very toxic and insecure.
