There are no clear defined HR policies. Also, there's no dedicated HR person available at the moment. The internal employee / resource management is average. There's no process standardizations. Have been with this Company for a while. Especially after second lockdown in rush of new assignments coming in is phenomenal. The culture is employee friendly and during tough days lockdown no pay cuts and salary was on time. The management is helpful and understanding. Its a startup. But the vision of the CEO is very futuristic. So compared to startup it provides good salary. Flexible timing, learning new technology is always welcomed.
