A minimum of 10 percent increment will surely be there. They try to retain as best as possible. Work recognition on project level only.

Dislikes

Start time is defined , but no end time of the day. Extreme pressure even when you are on leave cant get rid of work. No appreciation at all , only some parties , okay to chill out. Everyone calls its superior "SIR" like we are in non IT environment , which eventually creates environment of Flattery , buttering etc. Office net never works , very weak.

They do promise a lot of stuffs at the time of hiring like good project and you will get an opportunity to work on good technology etc.

No job security. Be prepared anytime you can get a call from HR that start giving interview outside in short notice. I was allocated to a project then all of sudden they deallocated me by saying we are fighting for the budget and without giving a single chance to work for a day in any project I got a call about my LWD. I can understand such things can happen in recession time but you should not hire someone if you lack projects....Read More
