There's nothing I dislike about the job in particular. I'm enjoying my time here and the leader's that I work with. It is an open work environment and I like coming to work daily! Rooms for improvement- can upgrade the canteen

R systems is the worst company to even think about getting it involved in your CV or even your life. As a fresher R systems ruined my career to every extent. They will offer you best and attractive packages just to take advantage of you, and a random day when you will be causally sitting at work, an extremely unprofessional HR will call you to inform you that you are being thrown out of the company, without even serving notice period. That is it, this company is doomed and has no scope of growing. Please sit unemployed rather than getting into this company to make your life hell....Read More

During my tenure at R Systems International Limited, I encountered significant challenges primarily linked to my immediate manager, Mehak. Unfortunately, our professional relationship was marred by personal conflicts, which regrettably impacted my performance and attendance. Mehak frequently displayed unprofessional behavior, including verbal abuse and creating a hostile work environment. This situation left me with no alternative but to consider resigning from my position. After approximately 14 months of service, I decided to resign due to the ongoing pressure and difficulties posed by Mehak. Subsequently, the company and I reached a mutual agreement for my separation. I wish to highlight that my decision to leave R Systems International Limited was not taken lightly. It was driven by the challenging work environment created by Mehak and my commitment to safeguarding my well-being. Moreover, when I initially joined the company, I had signed an offer letter that included a one-year bond agreement, obligating me to pay a penalty of 1 lac Rupees if I left the company before completing one year. Nothing to be liked in RSystems. It got worse after bit has been bought by Blackstone.

No work life balance. No leaves will be given to you. They will expect you to work on national holidays. For extra work on holidays no compensation will be provided. They don't think about your body and mental health. They just want their work done even if you are not well or even hospitalized you have to work. Older employees are getting all the advantages not a new ones. For getting the advantages you have to be there for atleast 5-7 years....Read More

I have to internally switch to multiple project all different domain, on the current project I am working for more than 4 years. But all project and work give me good experience and allowed me learn intresting thing.

Dislikes

Negotiate for salary while joining later they don't consider you are good or bad they give you pre-decided hike almost similar for all employees. You can say they don't discriminate when it comes to giving hike.

I liked working with some of the managers. Still there were a lot of problems but recently it is really really bad.

There are a lot of problems within the company. First is communication issues which is the middle ground of all the problems. If you are frustated with your manager, or been burnt out for working 11-13 hours daily because you are handling multiple projects in different timezones, you can't do anything about it. Company policies are very bad, there is no Paternity leave, because fathers have no role in when you are adding a new member in your family. I had to take client calls before and after the delivery. Appraisal policies are really bad. I had to resign 5 times just to get good appraisal. Some projects are really bad, and if the client mentally harass the whole team, guess what, you CAN'T do anything. No one will listen and you will be asked to work harder on impossible deadlines. There is a good reason, why R Systems is so old and still not that big of a company. Stay away from this company and even if you make it in, know that any day can be your last without warning because of hire and fire policies. In five years, I have seen that all good employees left this company and they fire the bad ones immediately. Only mid level employees with very bad communication skills are remains. I have joined the company. Post 2 weeks I have appendix operation. As this was the joining month. I have plan to opt for health insurance. The window was not closed yet. But before that I was admitted to the hospital. The expense was 4.5 Lakh which was too high. When I joined back the office post my operation. I discussed for the insurance claim with the HR. But unfortunately HR denied for the claim and told when I was in hospital Health Insurance window has been closed. I have took multiple loan and Paid this amount in 2 to 3 years. It’s not an IT company but a Factory set up where you are treated as labour. The older and long tenured employees won’t let you settle in. They have no policy and they fire immediately.Wish I could give zero rating. NEVER EVER JOIN HERE…
