In RRD there is no women safety. Anyone can scold a woman using bad words and raise his hands on women if he has support of the manager. The maximum HR will do is they can giving warning to him... I had a incident that my co worker used abusive words on me it was such a bad words he shouted in front of my team just because I asked him a doubt in work while he is playing video game on the floor. I have reached out to HR bt they didn't take any action on that and they just warned him. He didn't feel guilty for his words and he still being in the office As if nothing happened. And started accusing my character to others and when the insident happened no one questioned him even my friends in that team just because he have blind support from his manager. This was not the first time previously he have raised his hands on another girl in that team and he will never respect others just because he have support of manager. For raising this incident to HR I'm facing the pressure from management. The work environment feel unsafe.... To those girls who are seeing this review please try to get in to any other company which provides safety and job security coz RRD can never give safety for women....Read More
