The OT part is worst they are paying 150 for 1 hour. Even though spending a minute in such a toxic management environment is struggle. Agents are pacified by arranging team parties but on cost of what ?? Peace and work lige balance. It have been a great pleasure to work with Quinte. They have nice work enviroment with best management. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good but appraisal policy seems weak.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is rule of 2 months of resign period.

The infra is like crapppp.... You will like nothing over there. The management is way worst than you think. There is no almost no canteen facility available even in the night shift, you habe to bring your own food (the canteen available is pathetic serves spoilt food). The toilets are not at all clean, the urinals are also same. So, please think numerous times before going there.
