Though rebranded from another organization as a startup, it is just like any other typical US outsourcing firm. Primarily focused on US market and mortgage operations

Dislikes

Though it has rebranded itself from another organization its people and policies are still carried forward and hence there is no evolution from its old ways. Very limited to no employee friendly policies eg. 3 months notice period without any option for negotiation will have to serve 90 days else have to pay for full salary, no leave carry forward or with limited or less than 15 days cash out (basic only) irrespective of how much you accumulate, no insurance coverage for parents even as an option, very limited Covid support, irrespective of level you can accumulate only 28K/year in total (both employee and employer contribution) as provident fund, not even equipped with proper workstations at premises......Read More
