I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nice company and managers are also very good. Hybrid working and if you need wfh for some time they help you in that also HR also very supportive. Only issue is for SAP is that they don't have very good project for development or implementation.

Senior Management is good but coming to Team , Team lead is too harsh behaviour is too bad.

Dislikes

Team Lead behave like street dog duty. Noting all the timings how long you gone for break Instead of doing his work. Atleast he don't no anything related to technical. My suggestion is better to focus on Technical skills rather than doing all rubish things.
