There is no improvement in our skills as well no career opportunity after 2-3 yr of work u may have a chance of become senior executive and work is same as a normal executive.. As well no salary increases it's like normal salary of ours with incentives... But there is so much chance to Earn incentive if u want to do hard work on same.. Only the best part is incentives.
