Work culture was good. Promotion and appraisal were better. And your work will be recognised by your managers. And you'll be moved accordingly and you'll get to learn new company tools and how the verticals function. Less office politics which is the main part and manager were okay about flexibility in work timings of you're finishing your work with efficiency which I also felt the best part.

Dislikes

No dislikes. Only I couldn't work for long due to covid layoffs came into the picture since it's customer centric company. So that's the drawback.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Quikr company is good but 40% employees are very bad . They are doing only politics.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance. Quikr cab is always getting delayed. Worst HR they will never reply. Finance department is very bad they don't have manar to talk with employee. They will pay very less and less hike. 45 hr every week you have to complete if you will not maintain then your MR they will ask lots of questions. 1 month 1 wfh option. Leave policy is very bad they will give only 1.75 earn leave for every month. Zero sick leave. Cafeteria foods are not a good. Just ok . Higher level politics comes into lower level. Developers are supporting to each other's like junior and seniors. Higher levels blaming to lower level every time....Read More
