Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. There is nothing you can learn in this organisation, I am a girl and they tortured me a lot. Work load is so much high and there is no support from the project manager as well as team members. You doesn't work as an employee over here,but you work as a slave in this company. Please take time to find a more suitable job but dont join this organisation.

Work life is very imbalanced, they dont care about your personal life. Even on holidays i was made to work in sake of job security.
