Nothing is good for workers.

First of all this comapny totally harass the employees physically mentally and financially as well. The manager has a policy he recruits the labours only when there is a lot of pressure of work and after completion of work he used to fire them illegally by making nonsense disputes and issues. Even he pressurises the worker upto that limit the worker bounds to leave himself<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. As they had a policy without 15 days notice period if someone quit then 15 days salary cuts from workers salary</mark>. The other things are there is no PF and ESI facility. If someone demands for it then he has to deduct the whole amount from his side like insted of 10% or, 12% of salary deduction as pf its is deducted 20% or 24% from the salary. The other thing is that there is an autocratic environment in the company. The do what whatever they want. No restricted holidays only two in a year. No overtime for service engineers whether they come late night. There are manymore things for which i have no words to say. The condition of workers is so bad and drastic. We used to attend complaints by bike to visit the places throughout delhi gurgaon noida ncr areas. We rides 125-150 kms per daywhether its rain or hot or cold outside. During joining they decided metro for complaints but after sometime they forced bike
