My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Didn't worked here, got a call for interview.. the salary package they have told me earlier was very good.. post interview when i got selected they suddenly changed their statement and decreased my salary package to 30% of what they have committed earlier.. can't trust these type of companies.. pathetic behaviour..
