The work environment was pathetic, the work culture even worse. HR promotes gossip and are equally involved in spreading rumors

the work pressure is very high - post 6 months of my exit the process was terminated due to inconsistencies in quality and delivery.

I was the Quality Assurance Manager and was responsible for the initial set up and delivery of quality audited Underwritten loans. I was required to hire and train and certify and deliver the Associates in a Quality check role.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Poor management and company policies are very bad they keep changing in between. No care of employees. Didn't provide any leaves neither Indian or client holiday.

Poor management , excessive pressure of work even if there is no work or task to finish. Also forcing to do login in client holiday by saying client requirement and order by management. Didn't approve personal or any emergency leave even if we have many leaves in our bucket. In between extended the notice period after joining the company by sending just one mail stating management decided to do so. Company policy states provide medical certificate after taking 2 or more consecutive leaves if we take any but still if you took one sick leave then they'll ask for medical certificate....Read More
