I have completed more than a year in quarks and it's been a wonderful time working here as it's my first company I learned a lot from here they trained me well and provide me with the knowledge that an individual deserves to servive in c0-operate world I am thankful to quarks.Quarks provide a nice working environment with work life balance, quarterly team outing, and many more.

1. A Good platform to get introduced to IT world. You would get exposed to various industry project. 2. Salary on-time: No delay, receive a salary on the last working day each month. 3. Good health insurance. 4. Career growth here referred to increments/hike. 5. work life balance 6. Leave- you have around 30 days leave (Other than the public and national holidays).

I like the approach total management has. They are enthusiastic and supportive with a great vision for the company. I also like their plethora of clients and the technologies they offer.

I wish some more third-party tools would be integrated for ease of collaboration and reporting amount the teams. Open culture, where working from the office isn't necessary should be appreciated, wherever possible.

The work culture in Quarks is one of the best in the industry. The communication from management to employees is crystal clear about the policies and future vision. There are regular recreational activities to help employees keep their work-life balance intact. The employees are awarded regularly on their merits to keep the morale high

Company focuses on Work Life balance along with maintaining professionalism to achieve targets !! Very flexible with work mode its hybrid hut you can take work from home as much you want after completing probation period. Lunch is too amazing here which is free of cost !!
