Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and guide our Agile teams in Bangalore. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Agile processes, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement within the project life cycle. The role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to effectively use project management tools like Jira or Rally. This is a hybrid position, where the Scrum Master will be expected to work 2-3 days a week from the office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring the smooth execution of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).

- Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

- Support the development teams in resolving any issues, roadblocks, or impediments affecting their progress.

- Promote and enforce Agile best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in team processes and delivery.

- Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for development.

- Maintain and monitor the team's Jira/Rally boards to track progress and ensure tasks are appropriately prioritized and completed.

- Help manage risk by identifying potential issues early and working with the team to develop mitigating strategies.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to teams on Agile practices, delivering necessary training when required.

- Work closely with stakeholders and product owners to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality solutions in line with business requirements.

- Ensure effective use of tools like Miro, AHA, and ProductBoard for team collaboration, tracking, and product roadmap management.

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Rally, Asana, and familiarity with other Agile tools like Miro, AHA, and ProductBoard.

- Experience in test automation and continuous integration.

- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven experience working in a hybrid or remote team setup.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Domain knowledge in Sales and Success, ideally with Salesforce CRM experience.

- Familiarity with ProductBoard for roadmap management and collaboration.

- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus.
