Worklife balance is terrrible. They say worktime is flexible but you are bound to sit in front of your device and reply to each and every message that comes even late night. Managers say they care about worklife balance and gives tasks at midnight as if it is some school and we are doing homework, micromanagement at its peak. Officepolitics at its peak. If you are not from a metro city or a hindi speaking guy you will be pushed aside for sure that's the sort of culture. Good Project/Delivery leads were pushed out of the project in the name of client sentiment afterall its office politics. And the worst part is the HR dept-PATHETIC. Not even taking care of the employees and their sentiment. If you drop a message or email, they will reply after a decade or even not. Request to the founders- Please consider the folks atleast as employees. You are already making enough profit out of the clients and not even a cent percent is given to the team who works for it. And stop the nonsense of variable pay if you don't wanna give it....Read More

No structured processes. Internal politics. Till probation confirmation , reporting manager has the full authority to over candidate, We can’t even express our concern to HR. Even we does so . It’s of no use. Termination would be coming surprisingly. Better avoid choosing Quantiphi. I haven’t gone through the ratings before accepting the offer, that was the huge mistake I have done.

will not get assigned to task as per your tech stack. not proper time estimate to complete sprint tasks, puts more work pressure . Less coordination between Archs and resources regarding flow change and implementing same.. Need to work beyond working hours due to not proper estimate given... During one task some other additional task they will include.

Forced work from office where can only go for 2 hrs and checkout still they won't allow work from home, it doesn't make sense to move to a new city only to travel 2 hrs to reach office, spend 2 hrs in office and travel back. Very low appraisals, no recognition of the work done, no perks.

Appraisals, promotion, salary hike Hr not responsive. No job security. If u work hard, it's good for you, don't bother any appreciation from management. They need only folks who can talk more and work less.

Quantiphi as a company is giving a good compensation as compared to others in market. The freshers package is really good. There are quarterly parties, no micro management specific to my project.

Dislikes

Are more client oriented. Could be a project issue where we never say no to client. Laterals are hired but yearly hikes are between (5-9%) which is nt really fair. Freshers who joined at 8LPA would get either get 10,20 or 30 % hike and in few years would reach closer to 3 years experience guy as he is a lateral who joined and is getting less hike.

Worst work life balance, where Architects and engineers are forced to work almost 16 hours a day. Horrible management as no respect to technical people and team members are directly blamed in front of others. Architects are made scapegoats in case of project management faults. TEngineering leadership is week as they always blame technical people for project failures without understanding real problems. Managers don't care about mental health of team members. Many projects are short term and managers put pressure on architects to get work done from interns instead of allocating skilled people. Unethical work practices to allocated one resource to multiple projects where engineer end up working more than 12 hours. People who don't even understand ML have taken promotions and are leading the project as technical architect. Promotions are a joke here. My manager has zero understanding about ML and was converted from business analyst to Machine Learning Engineer and now leads the team (This is not a joke). There is absolutely no work life balance here. Management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing. The leads commit unrealistic deadlines and you have to work over the weekends to meet them. The HRs don't even tell you how the performance rating algorithm works. My HR once told me they 'cannot reveal it'. The increments are peanuts. You'll have to work on multiple projects at once because there's a lack of resources always. Why ? Because people keep quitting because of such toxic environment !
