-Introverts have no growth -No work life balance -low hike for experienced people as compared to freshers -Fresher’s are their assets as they slog minimum of 16 hours a day -Poor salary for other skills compared to Data engineers -Fresher’s earn more than experienced people -Projects are not delivered with quality because of inexperienced resources -Salary structure is not good as variable component is high -There are no good projects, most of the projects are pilot/POC -Old employees have takeover the organisation and act rude. -Old employees have taken positions of so called leaders of the organisation and have no idea how to deal with clients to get some good projects instead of pilot projects -They have flexible shift timings as you have to work for 16 hours and rest 8 hours is supposed to be for sleep -Have to complete org initiatives which is annoying -Have to work on atleast 3 projects at a time -You have to say “Whats up!” everytime when someone looks at you while you roam around in office because you know everyone and everyone knows you -You have to take laptop in your one hand and have to run towards meeting room as there will be lot of calls to attend. -Your calender would have no space left to schedule any other meetings, as it is already filled. -Canteen is full with people at lunch time...Read More
