Late night meal and late night travel expenses are the good part.
Biased appraisals, Zero work life balance. No salary structure. I was asked to utilize 200% my juniors. They ahud not go home on Sunday too. They are much focused in building brand name. BA get more importance then engineer only by updating excel sheets. Use pirated windows and excel.
I worked as Data Engnr. Team was awesome but work quality was bad. Worst thing was that I had a project but no access to tools. Still, my manager was unhappy with my skillset. He asked me copy multiple confidential scripts and run on local system.

Quantiphi as a company is giving a good compensation as compared to others in market. The freshers package is really good. There are quarterly parties, no micro management specific to my project.
Are more client oriented. Could be a project issue where we never say no to client. Laterals are hired but yearly hikes are between (5-9%) which is nt really fair. Freshers who joined at 8LPA would get either get 10,20 or 30 % hike and in few years would reach closer to 3 years experience guy as he is a lateral who joined and is getting less hike.

Worst work life balance, where Architects and engineers are forced to work almost 16 hours a day. Horrible management as no respect to technical people and team members are directly blamed in front of others. Architects are made scapegoats in case of project management faults. TEngineering leadership is week as they always blame technical people for project failures without understanding real problems. Managers don't care about mental health of team members. Many projects are short term and managers put pressure on architects to get work done from interns instead of allocating skilled people. Unethical work practices to allocated one resource to multiple projects where engineer end up working more than 12 hours. People who don't even understand ML have taken promotions and are leading the project as technical architect. Promotions are a joke here. My manager has zero understanding about ML and was converted from business analyst to Machine Learning Engineer and now leads the team (This is not a joke). There is absolutely no work life balance here. Management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing. The leads commit unrealistic deadlines and you have to work over the weekends to meet them. The HRs don't even tell you how the performance rating algorithm works. My HR once told me they 'cannot reveal it'. The increments are peanuts. You'll have to work on multiple projects at once because there's a lack of resources always. Why ? Because people keep quitting because of such toxic environment !
